Water forum set for early April

The Northern Sacramento Valley Water Forum will hold a forum, "Water Policy Through Legislation and Regulation: Past and Future" 2-4 p.m. April 3 at the Sierra Nevada Brewery Ballroom, 1075 E. 20th St.

Sen. Michael Machado will be the keynote speaker along with several others. Discussions will include SB1938 that was passed by the Legislature in 2002 which deals with restrictions on state funding for groundwater management activities, along with other issues.
